Production Time (Fulfillment)
All Atlas Marrakech items are custom-made just for you using our Print-on-Demand process. Please allow 4 to 8 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before the tracking number is active.
Shipping Time (US Only)
We utilize US-based Printify suppliers to ensure fast delivery for our target market. Once produced, standard US shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 3 weeks from the date of order.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent shipping prices. Our standard flat-rate shipping is $4.99 USD. We offer FREE Shipping on all US orders over $50 USD. Since all items ship domestically within the US, there will be no customs fees or unexpected taxes.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Custom Made Products
As every tee, tote bag, and pillow from Atlas Marrakech is custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer errors. This includes incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or minor color variations shown on your screen versus the printed product. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Damages and Defects
We guarantee the quality of our production. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Submit a Claim
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email our customer service with your Order Number and include clear photos of the defect so we can quickly process a claim with our fulfillment partner.
